About 2711-T10C1L1

The 2711-T10C1L1 is a DC powered Human Machine Interface (HMI) applicable to many automated processes for enabling monitoring ans control of a machine or system in a single location. This is a Bulletin 2711 PanelView Standard Operator Terminal product family equipped with Colored active matrix TFT 10-inch screen, Remote I/O communication port and RS232 printer port. The terminal screen’s support a fixed palette of 16 standard EGA color with effective display area of 211 x 158 mm (8.3 x 6.2 in.) and resolution of 640 x 480. The screen has a backlight with a lifespan of 50,000 hr. 1/2 life at 25 °C (77 °F). The backlight is replaceable with the 2711-NL6 for B series, 2711-NL7 for C series, 2711-NL9 for D, E series and 2711-NL10 for F series PanelView 1000. The 2711-T10C1L1 has a touchscreen interface. Touchscreen interface allows direct interaction to the process. 384 cells made up the touch membrane with expected actuation times of 1 million presses. The terminal is initially configured using the built-in configuration mode menu while detailed parameters and terminal runtime graphics and behavior is configured using the PanelBuilder32 software. The built-in Data Highway Plus (DH+) allows communication to DH+ devices. Use DH+protocol to communicate with a PLC-5 controller on the Allen-Bradley DH+ link via the processor’s DH+ port, communicate with an SLC 5/04 controller (Channel 1 port) on the Allen-Bradley DH+ link via the processor’s DH+ port, communicate with a ControlLogix controller on the Allen-Bradley DH+ link via the 1756-DHRIO module and transfer applications over the DH+ link from a computer with a DH+ connection. Use the RS232 printer port for printer communication to send alarm lists and messages for printing. The 2711-T10C1L1 Operator terminal accessories include ATA Flash memory modules ranging from 2-32MB. The Electronic circuitry of the HMI device is powered by a DC power source with range of 18-32 VDC and nominal supply of 24VDC.
