The EHD2060 is a molded case circuit breaker manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The EHD2060 is meticulously engineered to provide circuit protection for a low-voltage distribution system. The molded case circuit breaker has power ratings of 480 Volts AC, 250 Volts DC, and 60 Amps of current flow. The F frame molded case has a 2-pole Series C NEMA enclosure for protection of the equipment. Type EHD cable in and cable out features are provided with the circuit breaker. The AC kAIC rating is 14000 kAIC where the fixed thermal magnetic trip offers superior control of the current flow through the circuit breaker. This circuit breaker is truly versatile because it is compatible with panelboards, switchboards, motor control centers, control panels, combination starters, individual enclosures, and bus duct plug-in units.
Internal accessories are mounted within the molded case circuit breakers, and they range from shunt trips that remotely trigger the trip when the electrical signals are excessive, an under-voltage release (UVR) that indicates when the voltage drops below a certain specified percentage, an auxiliary switch to showcase the status quo of the circuit breaker through an indicator, and an alarm lockout switch which has 2 or 3-wire extensions that indicate automatic trip operation without requiring the users to be close by. The EHD2060 is engineered with the latest molded case circuit breaker technology to suffice for all industrial and residential needs with its high performance. The higher interrupting capacity for each frame size, the compact module size, a one-year warranty, and easy availability throughout makes the EHD2060 circuit breaker one of the best in its class.
