The FD3035 is an Eaton C Series Molded Case Circuit Breaker. The Module features an F-Frame as the Frame size with an interrupting rating of 65 kAIC at 240 Volts AC, 18 kAIC at 600 Volts AC, 10 kAIC at 250 Volts DC and 35 kAIC at 480 Volts AC. The module also comes with an F-Frame with the FD Circuit Breaker Type. It has a Frequency rating of 50 or 60 Hertz and features the Complete Breaker Frame type. The FD3035 comes with the Load Side terminals featuring a Voltage rating of 600 Volts AC and 250 Volts DC. The module has 35 Amps as the Amperage rating and features the fixed thermal and fixed magnetic trip type with three poles. The FD3035 is a UL Listed device with the shipping dimension being 3.38 inches in length, a height of 4.13 inches, and a width of 4.13 inches. The FD3035 also has a weight of 4 pounds.
The FD3035 features a standard interrupting capacity with a bolt-on complete non-interchangeable trip, LI-Long-Time and Instantaneous trip functions, and load side lug terminals. During installation, it is always advisable to ensure installer observes all the recommendations as per the user manual stipulates. In addition, the mounting panel should be predrilled using the bolt drill. Ensure thorough inspection is conducted to ascertain the circuit breaker is suitable for use in the application for which installation is intended. Note that depending on the equipment configurations, the FD3035 can be installed through different styles of the hardware. Note that no installation or testing should be performed on an energized module. This can result in serious injuries leading to death under some circumstances. Inspect the installation surface for dust, dirt, soot, and grease, and ensure that it is clean before installation.
