The FDB3015 is an Eaton C Series circuit breaker that is a molded case circuit protector type of circuit breaker. The FDB3015 has the UL certifications and it features an F frame. It has an interrupt rating of 18 kAIC at 240 Volts AC and one of 14 kAIC at 480 Volts AC. The C Series circuit breaker has the F Frame and it is classified as an FDB circuit breaker type. The frequency rating for the FDB3015 is 50 or 60 Hertz. The FDB3015 is a complete protection circuit breaker that comes with load side terminals. The voltage rating for the FDB3015 is 600 Volts AC and comes with an option for the 250 Volts DC. The current rating for the FDB3015 is 15 Amps at 600 Volts AC. It comes with the fixed thermal and the fixed magnetic trip types. The FDB3015 is also a 3-pole circuit breaker.
The C series molded case circuit breakers are used mostly in switchboards, panelboards, and also in motor control centers. Other application areas include busway protection. These circuit breakers come with proven user acceptance, and they have come with it for over 20 years. The C Series circuit breakers are designed for 600 Volts AC and 250 Volts DC systems with a current rating of over 2500 Amps. All the Eaton Corporation circuit breakers feature the HACR rating and they are available for individual components. These feature non-interchangeable trip units and they can be used for the reverse feed use. They are also CE-marked circuit breakers.
