The HFD2110 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer is a mold case circuit-breaker designed specifically for low-voltage distribution system circuit protection. Part of Eaton’s C-Series family, the HFD2110 is highly customizable with various internal accessories as well as modified breakers when ordered. The HFD2110 also comes with special calibration options including calibrations for ambient temperatures below 50 degree Celsius temperature with no additional charges. These calibrations also make the HFD2110 applicable for frequencies other than the standard 50 to 60 Hertz. Highly suitable for marine applications, the HFD2110 also come with additional special application breaker options. The HFD2110 is a type HFD thermal-magnetic circuit-breaker with non-interchangeable trip units. The power ratings of the input and output of the HFD2110 are 600 Volts AC and 250 Volts DC respectively. The HFD2110 has two poles. The HFD2110 generates 65 kAIC at a steady voltage of 480 Volts AC. The line and load terminals of the HFD2110 provide extensive connecting abilities.
The line connecting abilities of the HFD2110 work well with a wide range of current ratings and wire types at specific ranges. The HFD2110 comes with the load terminals by default. The line terminals for the HFD2110 has to me custom ordered. The HFD2110 is an “F” frame molded case circuit-breaker that requires a NEMA open type enclosure during installation. Installation accessories for the HFD2110 such as end cap kits, plug nuts, and keeper nuts are all shipped out with circuit breaker when ordered with no additional charges. The HFD2110 also comes with a BIM (Breaker Interface Module and Auxiliary Power Module.
