The Eaton HKD3125 is a complete molded case circuit breaker. It is designed and manufactured by the Eaton Corporation under the C series of molded case circuit breakers. The molded case circuit breaker comes with an amperage rating of 125 Amps, and it features 3 poles. The frame size for the HKD3125 is the K frame and it is an HKD circuit breaker type with a frequency rating of 50 or 60 Hertz. Its shipping dimensions are 4.1 inches length, with a height of 5.5 inches and a width of 5.5 inches. The module weighs 11.5 pounds at its shipping weight. It is UL listed. The interrupt rating for the HKD3125 is 100 kAIC at 240 Volts AC and 65 kAIC at 480 Volts AC. The HKD3125 features the complete breaker frame type and comes with the line side and the load side terminals.
The voltage rating for the HKD3125 is 600 Volts AC with an option for 250 Volts DC voltage as well. The module features aluminum terminal material and it comes with the fixed thermal and the fixed magnetic trip types. The current rating for the HKD3125 circuit protector is 250 to 400 Amps and it comes with a continuous current range of 55 to 400 Amps. The kAIC or interrupting capacities for the HKD3125 at 480 Volts AC can be 35 kAIC, 65 kAIC, or 100 kAIC. The HKD3125 is 100% rated and it has various protective features. These include the interchangeable trip unit, the high load alarm or trip unit, and also the ground fault alarm or trip protection. The HKD3125 comes with a factory warranty valid for either 12 months or 18 months. The 12-month warranty is valid from the date of installation while the 18-month warranty applies from the shipping date of the product.
