The LD2600 is a Cutler-Hammer circuit breaker that comes from the C Series of Cutler-Hammer circuit breakers. There are 2 poles in this device and it runs with an amperage rating of 600 Amps. Both the undervoltage release and the shunt trip are optional features in this type of circuit breaker. Both the line terminal and the load terminal come by default as standard features. It ships inside the L frame with factory set thermal and magnetic trips. The LD2600 cannot be adjusted manually. The breaker device is made of aluminum. The operating frequency is adjustable and it automatically adjusts depending on the load on the breaker device.
The interrupting capacity of the LD2600 is 65 kAIC for a 240 Volts AC power supply, and it is 35 kAIC for a 480 Volts AC power supply. It has a voltage rating of 600 Volts AC and one of 250 Volts DC. No mounting options are provided with this circuit breaker. It is certified with the UL rating. The height, width, and depth of the device are 10.75 inches, 8.25 inches, and 40.6 inches, respectively, and it weighs around 18 pounds. No neutral point is present in this device. There is an option for keeping the alarm switch, but it does not come by default. The LD2600 comes with various functions. It comes with a high speed ‘blow-open’ action. It is widely used in industrial areas for saving the circuits of machines from unstable currents. The device is also HACR rated and it is also available as individual units (a frame, unit, or terminals) or as a whole assembled unit.
