The LDC3600 is a breaker device from the LDC family of circuit breakers. It is a Series C device. It is created and manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The breaker device comes in an L-frame and it is enclosed in a complete molded case. It has a 600 Amps current rating and a voltage rating of 600 Volts AC. It is a three-poled device with both line and load terminals. It operates at a 50/60 Hertz frequency. It has an interruption rating of 200 kAIC at 240 Volts AC and 100 kAIC at 480 Volts AC. The operating temperature is rated at 40 degrees Celsius. The LDC3600 has a fixed thermal and magnetic trip. The terminal of the breaker device is made from aluminum.
The LDC3600 is 8.25 inches in length, 8.25 inches in height, 8.25 inches in width, and it weighs 21 pounds. It comes with an enhanced long-time trip and instantaneous trip features. The circuit breaker is also available as its individual units (frame, trip, unit, or terminal) or as a whole circuit breaker device. It has a non-interchangeable trip and it is best suited for feed use in the reverse mode. The LDC3600 has passed the UL489 certification and it comes with a 1-year warranty starting from the purchased date. This HACR-rated device is widely used in electrically demanding environments. It monitors the overall circuitry and shuts it down if a high current is detected in the system.
