The TA602LD by Cutler-Hammer (a division of the Eaton Corporation) is a lug kit for molded case circuit breakers. This kit may come as a preassembled part of the L frame molded case circuit breaker which is a part of the power distribution protective equipment systems. It can also be a spare part for defective lug replacement. This part is individually packed. The TA602LD is a spare part for 1 pole of the MCCB, so users will need 2, 3, or 4 of them for 2-pole, 3-pole, or 4-pole L frame circuit breakers. In this kit, users will find one lug block, 2 screws, and 2 washers. The Cutler-Hammer TA602LD can be installed in LD, HLD, HLDDC, HLDB, LDCB, CHLD, CLDC, LDC, LES, CLD, HLW, and LW frame MCCBs.
The TA602LD kit is suitable only for C Series Eaton molded case circuit breakers. This lug terminal kit accepts wires of A 3/0 AWG size. It has 2 barrels. The material that it is made of is aluminum. The MCM size of the kit is 350. It can be used for currents of up to 500 Amps. The Eaton TA602LD has dimensions of 1.7 inches x 1.9 inches x 2.5 inches (43.2 millimeters x 48.3 millimeters x 63.5 millimeters). Its net weight is approximated at 3.2 pounds (1.45 kilograms). To install the TA602LD on the MCCB, users must remove the terminal cover. Below the cover, users will find 2, 3, or 4 seats for the lug kit (depending on the MCCB users are using). Position all the lug kits into seats and fix them tightly. When this process is finished, return the terminal cover to its initial position.
