The MT3300T is a thermal magnetic circuit breaker manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker belongs to the Series C Eaton MT Type molded case circuit breakers. The Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker features cable in/cable out ports, 3 poles, 300 Amps of current rating, 600 Volts AC power, and a fixed thermal-magnetic trip. The Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker is contained in a NEMA M-Frame Enclosure. The Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker is designed for circuit protection for various DC end-user needs. The Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker is suitable in UPS battery supply circuits, solar systems, and electric vehicle charging applications. Optional internal accessories can be configured to the Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker to remotely trip and indicate the Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker’s condition. The Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker is applicable in both ungrounded and select-grounded applications while the poles are connected in series to achieve maximum voltage operation.
When using the Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker on a 600 Volts AC grounded system, the 3 poles should be connected to an ungrounded leg. The Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker’s 250 Volts DC rating is usable in ungrounded systems. The Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker is handle-padlocked in the off position while the circuit breaker cover is interlocked by using a handle mechanism to prevent the opening the circuit breaker cover while the Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker is in the on position. The Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker’s PM3 is versatile enough to be mounted to the load side of the circuit breaker and to boost easy communication to a local network. The PM3 system enhances the communication of electrical system data and the circuit breaker conditions. The PM3 also evaluates the power and energy to a 1.0% reading accuracy and it is applicable for reverse-feed applications. The Cutler-Hammer MT3300T circuit breaker has end caps for securing the conductor that has a ring-type connector. The circuit breaker end cap accessory kit consists of 3 nuts, 3 capscrews, 3 lock washers, and 1 end cap.
