The Eaton Cutler-Hammer NGS312036E is a G-Series Molded Case Circuit Breaker. This device has an NG frame size and three poles for three-phase systems that work with the maximum voltage of 480 Volts AC. The NGS312036E is equipped with Digitrip 310 RMS trip mechanism which is an electronic trip unit that is engineered on a microprocessor-based incorporated electrical circuit. This internal mechanism provides true RMS current sensing for suitable connection with thermal characteristics of your system, its conductors and equipment. This unit incorporates a thermal memory that stops the system from overheating due to swift overcurrent oscillations which happen in quick successions.
The Eaton Cutler-Hammer NGS312036E is one of the most powerful circuit breakers on the market. It can conduct up to 1200 Amps. Its breaking capacity numbers are 85 kAIC at 240 Volts AC and 50 kAIC at 480 Volts AC.
