About 2711-T9A10L1

The 2711-T9A10L1 is an Allen-Bradley product for the PanelView Standard Operator Terminals. The terminal connects to a process or machine controller to enable real-time data exchange and visualization of process. This a rugged electronic hardware functions as the Human Machine Interface (HMI) of the process. Operator can control the system through the terminal efficiently and effectively. It is powered by a DC power supply with an input range of 18-32V DC (24V DC nom). Visualization is made with the monochrome 9-inch screen with resolution of 640 x 400 pixels. The monochrome screen can display simple process objects to represent the system being monitored and controlled. It has a backlight made from AC Gas Plasma installed that can be operated up to 50,000 hr. LED backlight life. The touch screen is made of 384 cells (24 columns x 16 rows) with touch cell size of 26 x 25 pixels. It can be actuated up to 1 million times. The HMI panel is recommended for installation in panels or enclosures that offers adequate protection to electronic circuitry against the elements in industrial settings. It can be installed in environment that is within the operating temperature of 0 to 55° C (32 to 131° F), Heat Dissipation of 39 Watts (133 BTU/HR) and Vibration rating 1G up to 2,000 Hz and impulse shock of 15G/30G (operating / non-operating). Ensure proper grounding is implemented when using the HMI terminal. The operator panel has LED indicators to aid in troubleshooting of the device in case of abnormality. It uses PanelBuilder32 software to develop and download application. This software is also used to configure the terminal’s equally important functions such as security, alarm handling, trends, data logging among others. The memory area of the terminal is allocated for 310 KB for application runtime which is enough to implement a smooth terminal operation without lags and screen freezes. A second memory allocation for 1008KB non-volatile memory stores the application created in the engineering software.
