The Eaton LD2500 Molded Case Circuit Breaker operates with 2 Poles and 500 Amps. The module has a L Frame and a Thermal-Magnetic Unit Type.
The LD2500 is a molded case circuit breaker which is manufactured by Cutler-Hammer. The circuit breaker has 2 poles and the maximum current rating of the device is 500 Amps. The LD2500 has a standard interrupting capacity which is rated at 600 Volts AC and it is a factory assembled unit which consists of frame, trip unit, and terminals. It has an optional alarm switch and the gross weight of the device is 18 pounds. The LD2500 measures 10.75 inches in height, 8.25 inches in width, and 4.06 inches in depth. When users are installing the LD2500, they should make sure to install it with the power to the system turned OFF and by following the instructions provided by the manufacturer. The trip switch must be in the OFF position and the cut-outs should be made as per the installation manuals. Do not exceed the torque limit while tightening the screws, because applying excessive force may cause the screws to break. Always verify that no voltage is present before connecting or disconnecting the wires and touching the equipment.
