The RD316T53W is an electronic molded case circuit breaker that comes as a UL listed device. The RD316T53W features the R frame size and comes with an interrupt rating of 65 kAIC at 480 volts. It also features 50 kAIC at 600 Volts AC and it is an R frame circuit protector classified under the RD breaker type. The circuit breaker comes without terminals and has a voltage rating of 600 Volts AC. The Amperage rating for the RD316T53W is 1600 Amps and the trip type ID the Electronic LS trip type. The RD316T53W comes as a three-pole circuit breaker. The RD316T53W is a 100% rated Digitrip RMS 520 circuit breaker that comes with various protection types. These include the ordering options with fixed rated plug and an overtemperature TRIP. The RD316T53W features the long delay pickup and the long delay thermal memory. It comes with the short delay time zone selective interlocking feature. Another protection feature that comes installed on this electronic circuit protector is the discriminator and an instantaneous override. The module also features the ground fault thermal memory. The RD316T53W has status LED lights, which are a system diagnostics feature that also includes the LED light for indicating the cause of the trip. It also features the integral testing method. The maximum voltage rating for the RD316T53W is 600 Volts AC with various optional auxiliary features. These include the shunt trip, the auxiliary switch, and also the undervoltage release option.
