About EGB3020FFG

The EGB3020FFG is a 3-pole Series G complete molded case circuit breaker from Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The breaker can either be mounted on a DIN rail or a panel. The EGB3020FFG has a maximum operating voltage rating of 480 Volts AC, or 250 Volts DC when used in systems powered from a DC power source. The EGB3020FFG has a 20 Amps current rating, a fixed thermal/fixed magnetic trip type, and an optional alarm switch plus an optional undervoltage release. The EGB3020FFG also features branch circuit protection. The EGB3020FFG has an E frame type and it has line and load terminals. Since the EGB3020FFG is a 3-pole Eaton Cutler-Hammer circuit breaker, it accommodates terminal shields and terminal end covers.

Additionally, the EGB3020FFG is CSA certified and UL listed. As with other circuit breakers from Eaton, the EGB3020FFG meets the Australian, Japanese, British, South African, and other international certifications and standards and it has global third-party certification like the KEMA. Being a Series G molded case circuit breaker, the EGB3020FFG allows for common field installable internal functionality, eliminating the need for rating plugs. The capacity rating of the EGB3020FFG is 25 kAIC at 240 Volts AC, 18 kAIC at 480 Volts AC, and 10 kAIC at 125 or 250 Volts AC. To indicate the different positions of the trip handle, the EGB3020FFG uses color codes. Red indicates the “on” position, white indicates the “trip” position and green indicates the “off” position. The permissible ambient temperature (operating) for the EGB3020FFG is a minimum of -20 degrees Celsius and a maximum of +70 degrees Celsius.
