The JGE3200FAGC is a molded case circuit breaker manufactured by Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker is part of Series G of the JGE molded case circuit breakers. The Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker features an adjustable magnetic trip, 3 poles, 3 phases, 200 Amps of current rating, 600 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz, 65 kAIC at 240 Volts AC, 25 kAIC at 480 Volts AC, and 18 kAIC at 600 Volts AC, and line and load side lug terminals. The Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker is contained in a JG Frame enclosure. A walking beam interlock is deployed when mounting the Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker with another circuit breaker spaced 6.4 millimeters away. The plug-in adapter enhances easy mounting and the removal of the Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker. The Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker is equipped with a panelboard connecting strap for connecting the circuit breaker terminals to the panelboard bus. The panelboard connecting strap features various ratings for the center and outside poles.
The Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker has an electrical operator which is a single solenoid mechanism that allows for the local and remote controlling of the circuit breaker for the power switching and reset switching operations. The electrical operator enables the Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker to be opened, reset, or closed remotely by the users. The electrical operator features a reversible motor mounted to a ball screw. The ball screw is used for driving the Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker handle. The reversible motor is controlled by the limit switch and the relay. The Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker also features a block which protects the circuit breaker handle when in the on or off position. The module is mounted over the Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker handle while the pad-lockable handle lock is mounted on the cover opening to secure the handle from moving. The Cutler-Hammer JGE3200FAGC circuit breaker can also be configured with an interphase barrier that enables electrical clearance between the poles in order to suit special termination applications.
