The Eaton Cutler-Hammer SVX200A1-4A1N1 is an adjustable frequency drive with 8 inputs and 4 outputs. The drive belongs to the open drives category of the Eaton SVX9000 series of variable frequency drives. The SVX200A1-4A1N1 has an FR9 frame size which provides ample spacing for motor and power connections. The adjustable frequency drive has an operating voltage rating of 480 Volts AC and it can drive a motor with a Horsepower rating of 200 Horsepower. Being in the SVX9000 series, the SVX200A1-4A1N1 inherits the standard features of the series like additional Input/Output and communication ports which provide the plug and play functionality.
Additionally, the adjustable frequency drive, as with other SVX drives, features a simple way to connect Input/Output devices. The SVX200A1-4A1N1 is flexible enough to accommodate a wide range of applications. The drive contains the standard software and board specifications. The SVX200A1-4A1N1 has no internal brake chopper circuit. For programming and monitoring, the drive features an alphanumeric keypad and a small display screen on its front panel. The SVX200A1-4A1N1 has a dedicated programming mode which allows for the control of every parameter. The drive, as with other drives in the same series, has a quick start wizard that is available during the programming procedures. The guide provides for a smooth start-up. The Westinghouse SVX200A1-4A1N1 allows for the transfer of settings from 1 drive to another because of its support for copy and paste operations. The drive accommodates the open loop sensorless vector control method. Having an FR9 frame size, the SVX200A1-4A1N1 has a switching frequency ranging from 1 to 10 KiloHertz and a field weakening point of between 30 and 320 Hertz.
